A Message from Dan Marcos
My passion for cars began at a young age, sparked during a challenging period in my life when my family's car frequently broke down in the harsh Massachusetts winters. Despite facing health challenges, I was determined to learn automotive repair to help my family. This commitment led me to pursue formal training in automotive education.
Some of my experience includes:
- Completing automotive education in Massachusetts
- Interning at a Mom & Pop Garage
- Working as an Automotive Technician for Midas for 11 years
- Relocating to Florida in 2004, gaining experience at local garages and a European shop
In May 2010, with a shared vision and values, I acquired DeSoto Auto Care from Joe Soto, marking the beginning of Marcos Auto Service. The business thrived, prompting a move to a larger facility in August 2012.

Together with my wife Tiffany, who has a background in business and finance, we operate the shop, rooted in our shared Portuguese heritage and strong family values. Our mission is to offer exceptional automotive repair services, driven by honesty, integrity, and quality.
